Been away for awhile, and now I am back! Bought a another smoker (Keep losing them!)
So for my first return post I cooked up some Country Style Ribs with baked potato, and candied carrots.

Looks look delicious! How long and what temperature did you cook those ribs at. Is that also a frogmat?

I cooked these at 225* for approximately 3 hours. And yes, that is a frogmat!

What keeps happening to your smokers?

1st one I was not able to maintain due to her having a better lawyer than I. Second one I reluctantly sold to my daughter when I made a moved away and well, I had to move back and now I have my 3rd one.
