Judging the weekly BPS cooking contest

The level of cooks in the contest makes it a challenge already. More obstacles would make me enter less then I already do. I am a simple simon sort of cook. Take a piece of fish rub it with some Balsamic Glaze with Cherry then spice it up with some desert gold and magic dust. The picture/presentation would win no contest. The eats are good. The Hot Dog and Tater tots the STC have up this week are up my alley and I'm with sparky a good dog ,brat,sausage in a bun with some fixins can make your tongue slap your brains out.
