Congrats on the arrival!! I don't know how tech savvy Ron is but the support system that exists here on PS.com for learning how to cook on a pellet pit is 2nd to none. Now that you've purchased the pit, the real learning begins which is how to utilize the convenience and ease of use of a pellet cooker to create outstanding meals for yourselves and the lucky individuals who get invited over for wood smoked meals.
