been reading all the threads and looking at the outstanding cooks we have on this forum. it is mind blowing what we got going here. kinda like like the 70's for me. always something new to try and experiment with. have you every looked at all the food and colors that are presented here. outstanding!!!! i love it. sterling, thanks. that's from the heart my friend. you started this and we have taken off w/ it. this has been great. i learn from everyone all the time. it doesn't matter what part of the country your from. i am learning. thats all that matters to me. i cherish all the friendships i have made here too. you ppl mean alot to me. ok, i am done. thanks. :cool:

Actually Sparky I appreciate the kind words but more so the things you mention....Andy and Kim at the comp were talking to a team that had won the entire Jack and was saying how great the cooks are here and how friendly everyone is...I really have to agree.

I take a little pride in watching many of you whose first posts were scared and basic and now you are blowing the doors off your smokers and the screen..

Well said Spark! As a manufacturer this site is refreshing and honest allowing us to communicate in ways everyone can benefit from. As a member I love how nice all the members are regardless of what they are cooking on, no BS just great times :)
