last night rib cook

one last rib cook for the weekend. wanted to try something different. ok, away we go.

all the pretty ladies all dressed up and ready for the dance.

onto #63 @ 275°.

good color.

time for some VooDoo Schmear.

oh, look at the pretty colors.

some good pull back. look at that fine color. i'd poured the VooDoo Schmear juice on top when i put them back in.

simply marvelous darling. ready for the house.

its dark last night and my cheap camera doesn't take pics if i don't have a little light in the pic. the flash doesn't work right all the time.
