How about Brioche French Toast with Poached Eggs and Warm Bacon Jam

Get the jam going. The players.

Cook it all down.

Into the processor till just right.

Made some brioche in the bead machine.

Batter with eggs, cream, vanilla and orange extract and some cinnamon. Poach some eggs and add some maple syrup and warm bacon jam.

Sure was good. Enjoy!
