Lobster Crepes Newburg

Tender chunks of lobster in a soft crepe and newburg sauce. Add some potato's au gratin and sautéed asparagus and you have a great meal.

It looks incredible, Rick. I don't believe I've ever had Newburg sauce. Something else to research and try!

Haven't had Newburg sauce either but Lobster and RickB making it, it HAS TO BE GREAT!!!
