Looking for carnes (sp?) dip

I'm looking for the recipe for the carnes (spelling?) dip that has been posted in the past. I must be spelling it incorrectly because the search does not find it. This is the chicken, hot wing sauce, and cheese dip. Could someone kindly point me to it?

That would be (I think) the Buffalo/Starnes Chicken Dip I've made a couple times.. Let me dig it up. You won't be able to find Starne's BBQ sauce up there, but you can sub your favorite Hot Sauce.

The original recipe is from a bottle of Frank's.

I smoked the chicken for this the day before, but you could sub rotisserie chicken from the store in a pinch.

Starnes is a SPICY vinegar based BBQ sauce from Paducah, KY.
