This is what a MAK 2012 2 Star General is capable of.

Spatchcocked chicken rubbed down with Annie's Roasted Garlic Olive Oil and Jan's Original Dry Rub. When chicken is at the proper IT, bring it in while still very hot and apply a quick glaze of a readily available commercial sauce. Out of respect for BP and his generosity of providing this forum I won't reveal the name of the sauce as he is in business to sell many BBQ items including sauces and Rubs. The reason I disclosed the Rub I used is because Jan is my wife and we don't sell our Rub but it is very popular with our close smoking friends on other forums.
