Meat Probes

I have done the unthinkable and lost my meat probe for the pellet boss. I am going to order another one, but need one for Monday. Nearest place that has one is too far for me to go.

Are there any meat probes that work with the pellet boss? Please let me know as soon as you can. Thanks

They've gotta be MAK's probes. Can you not get by with an oven type thermometer? Or a Maverick or the like?

Must be a special cook!!! ;-)

I was going to order another one anyway because I asked for Big Poppa gift certificates for XMAS.

I rented a U Haul, which was a disaster by the way, to do the XMAS prime rib at my sisters.

Somewhere between there and home, it was lost. I have spent the last two hours shoveling my yard to try to find it. It makes me sick.

I know the show will go on without it, but being able to leave the house and keep an eye on my cook sure was nice.
