Hard to believe people who buy briskets wouldn't want the best part.

I can't figure that one out either. People now-a-days want the extra lean cuts/parts! Not for me too dry, I like some fat, better flavor & more forgiving to cook. If there is too much fat I can cut it off when it's on my plate.
