My first ribs ever.

This is my first ever attempt at ribs. I put 2 racks full pork spare ribs rubbed with Bone Sucking Sauce rub & a little salt and pepper. I am trying the 3-2-1 method but instead of 235 degrees I set the temp at 220 degrees. Using hickory pellets on my Grid Iron.

They look great! Make sure you enter them in the contest! We haven't had a contest in a while and we love to see new people enter. Great cook.
