My first smoking effort on new Mak 2 star

Also my first effort at smoking. The spareribs, beef short ribs and chicken all turned out great. The short ribs were a little chewy but didn't want to bother with a dutch oven to finish like the cookbook suggested. Asparagus was done on a Weber.
BBQ was East Carolina style. It really is easy to smoke on these grills.
