Evening folks, Just wanted to post for the first time and introduce myself. I am dday, aka Dan, and I love smoking. I'm from extreme NE Ohio up near Lake Erie. I am pretty new to this and last year bought a Smokin Bros pellet smoker from a dealer in Berlin Ohio. I have smoked lots of pork butts, baby back ribs, chicken wings, Canadian Bacon, turkey breast, lots of salmon, some mac and cheese and even tried meatloaf once. I'm not big into just grilling on it as my smokin bros doesn't seem to get up high enough to truly sear a steak although I could do burgers if I needed. For my next smoke, I would like to do a brisket. Thanks in advance for the welcoming and I will look forward to contributing when I can.
