Greetings all. I have been a lurker for a month or so and I love this site. I have only been smoking for a couple of years but have so much fun at it. I started with a couple of electric MasterBuilt smokers but just got my first wood pellet a couple months ago. A Traeger Lil Tex Elite. I do mostly brisket but enjoy trying new things. I have gotten wonderful ideas from this site already.
