Hello you know my name already now I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. I am from southern California (Beaumont to be exact). I haven't been pellet smoking very long. I bought my 1 pellet smoker on labor day. I have a newer unit, Englander PG100. Some may not have heard of it so I will attach some pics.

any way I found this place looking for some pulled pork recipes, did one a few weeks ago and ended up with chopped pork :( have my granddaughter 1st birthday this weekend end so I would like to knock it out of the park this go. as you see she is worth it. :)

Thanks for the welcome.

I noticed there are a few members from socal here. Where are you getting your pellets? I found California Pellet Grills in Anaheim Hills I got some cooking pellets and BBQ Delights. There is a Ace in Hemet that carries some treagers. I see Big Pappas is in the desert area. Anaheim hills is a bit far does the desert area have pellet dealers or are you just ordering online?

I tried looking at the store but the website is not compatible with my android.

being BP is from la quinta is it possible to just pick it up? I do a lot of business in the desert area and it wouldn't be hard. what is the price of the pellets
