Started smoking a over a year on a GMG Daniel Boone. Not a vast amount of experience but have tackled the usual spare and baby back ribs, pork butt, chicken and pizza. Wife had not liked smoked flavor when I was using a Brinkman stick burner. She does loves the flavor with the pellet grill. So much that she agreed that I was can upgrade to the larger Jim Bowie.
