I have been pellet smoking since November of last year and love every lazy, er, relaxing minute of it! :)

Hi guys. I will post some pics once I figure out how to size them properly. Let me say, although I am not new to smoking per se, have done it many times on my Q, using an actual smoker brings a very unique taste and flavour to the food. My wife and boys love wings, ribs and tandoori chicken (easiest thing in the world to make). I haven't done a butt or brisket yet, as I live in Canada and the weather has not been smoker friendly until recent. It's pretty hard to smoke in minus 4 to minus 30 Fahrenheit, at least I think so.
Let me know if you gents have any good recipes. I am open to trying anything.
Regarding the type of smoker, since it was my first, I went with a Char Griller from Lowes over the Traeger. Huge price difference and the Char Griller had a larger cook surface. More than likely I will upgrade to something bigger and better since half my neighbourhood seems to want food from my house now! :) Any suggestions?
