My name is Rulesman and I've been smoking pellets for 5 years

Hello all,
I am looking forward to interacting in the forum after I browse around a bit. My job as a PGA TOUR Rules Official keeps me quite busy.

When I'm off, I love to salt water fish and cook. I have an older, 2007, Traeger BBQ 125 and a new BBQ 07E. I bought the BBQ 07E, when I saw how much quicker it was to come to temperatures and how much more efficient it was on pellets. My son in law has a Lil Tex and after cooking on it I bought the new one. I still use the BBQ 125 for larger meals and both together for big BBQ's!

I look forward to participating and sharing ideas and recipes!
