I first came to the pelletsmoking.com back in the summer. I figured it was time to introduce myself. Last year I bought a Grid Iron and have spent that time really learning the unit. I have attended a few smoking classes, including one weekend with Johnny Trigg. I read a lot and will post my comments when I have something to say without looking like an idiot.
Pellet smoking is not very popular down here in southeast Louisiana, but I would love to hear from others down here who are as addicted to this hobby/obsession as I am.
