Need A Little Nosh

Well Kroger had their lobster tails on sale for $5 a pop again so you know I can't help myself. I am always trying different way's to cook lobster. Tried low and slow in the oven tonight. Oven on 250 timer on for 45 minutes.

Ready for the oven. Going to cook at 250 until a it of 136. Took about 50 minutes.

A little garlic bread with some butter, garlic, pecorino and parmisan.

Let's plate it up. A little drawn butter and paprika.

Almost as good as sous-vide. Enjoy!

That's some cheap tail! How did low and slow turn out? I've not thought to cook lobster low and slow before, though admittedly it's not something I've made more than a handful of times. Nice plating on that last shot.
