S sptucker New member May 18, 2018 #21 A little temp data on the new FZ (I've been meaning to do this but keep forgetting...): I measured the open (covers off) grate temp after pre-heating on "GRILL" setting last night with an infrared thermo and got 669F!!! WOW. No wonder it grills so well.
