Is there an agenda for this and what is the time that this is being held, 9-5 or 8am-Mid Although I'm not really into competitions, is this class geared to competition quality cooking as that's what I am really after. Hmm I'll have to check where Disneyland is in relation to this course. Maybe a good way to get the girlfriend to go.-Bob

Bob, the agenda will be that of a KCBS contest. Johnny will start Friday night with his meat prep then start up his pit around 3am and he'll go through everything he does for a contest with all 4 KCBS meats. Class ends after 1PM ish on Saturday. From what I hear BP will be feeding us very well the whole time.
Disneyland is about 100 miles to the west of Coachella.
