New member in Mallorca, Spain

Hello everyone! I'm a completely new smoker - bought my pellet guzzler last week and so far only cooked on it once. Mind you that was a barbecue for 32 people and I smoked a 15.5lb loin of pork. Bit of guesswork but turned out pretty good in the end. This weekend I'm planning a leg of lamb for 4 of us. Any ideas/recipes/advice gratefully received!
