Friend went to Nola for some volunteer work and came back with 8 different versions of this sauce. Gave me my pick and was wondering if anyone had tried these. Ideas on use?

The chipoltle is awesome on BBQ. The habanero is good on everything you would use tobasco on. I've never seen the east asian before.

the chipotle is my favorite Tabasco. Love it on eggs and as an impromptu bbq sauce. Habanero is too hot for me. I've never seen the Asian in my markets. It's the mildest of the Tabasco line. 100-600 scoville units. The original Tabasco is 2500-5000 scoville units.

I've tried several, not the Asian or smoked jalapeño. I'm sure they are all good. Looking forward to your thoughts.
