I started out with a Weber smoker and wanted something easier so got a Traeger lil Tex Elite. After a couple years of disappointments I bought a Grid Iron from Blaz'n Grill Works in Beatrice, Nebraska. I love this beast, it works great every time. Although I sold my Traeger & will not miss it I can't say enough great things about Traeger support, those guys are very patient & sent me parts free each time I had a problem. I look forward to many years of cooking on my Grid Iron & pestering you guys!
