New to the forum and the MAK Family!!

I tried to post earlier, but i don't know what I am doing. I am new. I have a MAK 2 on the road with delivery this week, I hope. I wanted to say that my first cook will look nothing like this. Ruining some beautiful steaks like these is not on my agenda. A package of Bar-S chicken wienies is more my style for a first attempt. For dessert, I might try cold-smoking a Baby Ruth.

This looks wonderful. I think I will go look down the road and see if I can spot the UPS truck.

Thank you! My grill will deliver today. Taking pics is no problem...I have taken a look at the Photobucket process...I might be a slow learner in getting that figured out but I will work on it. I have learned a lot from reading through the many posts on PelletSmoking. Finding the Big Poppa site was a real good thing for me. The information steered me in the right direction for selecting the grill I believe I needed.
