some little tri tips (thats what the package said).

and some little potatoes (i love the multi colored potatoes) w/ annies and desert gold.
bought myself a little pellet sampler w/ a cast iron pot to use w/ my hasty bake from candy sue. it will work w/ a weber too i think.
we got smoke. food better w/ smokey, smokey (oh, we are burning hickory/cherry).
this parts done. pototoes are good.
got some fresh halibut from costco. annies w/ desert gold & some old bay on both sides.
looking good so far. starting of quality checks.
came out real good. flakey and great flavor. the should keep my studing wife and daughter happy.
we had halibet, tri tip and little roasted potatoes. a good meal.
