had a little stretch the last ten days....The international music show, Havasu Comp, Guitar Master Class, Trigg Master Class...Time To cook!

I will be looking forward to some pellet therapy!

I know what you mean by therapy. Yesterday was the first time in a month I have had the cover off the smoker. I did a pork butt for a Super Bowl party today and it felt wonderful even though it was only about 20 degrees. The pellet grill cruised at 250 all day and the wireless thermometer made it easy.
