Went the juicey lucy route. Some home ground chuck.

Stuffed with Butterkase, Exsharp chedder,queso fresco and blue cheese. Topped with Fontina. I be loving my cheese.

It is more work, but their is no substitute for grinding your own meat. I like to use a mixture of brisket and chuck.
