PA Dutch MAK Ham Loaf

Making some PA Dutch style ham loaf and ham loaf balls on my MAK today. Got em in at 325* with pecan until done.

I love ham loaf, but haven't had any in years (L-Glutamate allergy strikes again ). I need to learn how to make it myself.

Came out ok i guess. I let time get away from me some and had some burn from the pineapple juice. But it still tasted good.

I'm trying to be perfect.....LOL
