HI does anyone know how to use wood pellets in a digital 4 rack Bradley looking to get some ideas on the best way to do it trying to lower the cost on my smoke a little thought about just placing some on the burner but I am sure there is a better way thanks.
Use an AMAZ-N pellet smoker comes in a round tube or a flat maze shaped unit. You can find it in BP's store, connected to this forum. I've had one for years and use it to cold smoke cheese and also as the smoke source for hot smoking.
