Be careful with that, it is hard to keep porous wood sanitized and clean. I would avoid using any wood around meats.
You are right about that. I have a cutting board for meat that I usually use. I was tired and not thinking I guess.

A layer of foil on plywood works in a pinch.. Been there done that. (now I have a stack of large poly boards from Sam's and GFS)

Pork looks great!

So, how did you like the injected compared to the original? Did you have anyone else taste test, and what are their thoughts?

Well my coworkers raved about the pulled pork.:) Thanks everyone for your help. Time to start practicing my Brisket.

I brought the one in that I injected with beer and apple juice. I couldnt taste it in it. It was just moister.

I have 24x24 plastic cut board that in nonporous. Thats what I should have used. I picked it up at restaurant supply store for around $20.00.
