Tried out the reverse sear method on some boneless skinless chicken thighs along with some grilled veggies last night.
Rubbed down with Magic Dust
Onto the smoker @180 for about a half hour
Cranked the grill up to 425 and grilled the chicken
Sauced them up with 17th street spicy for me and Pa Paws for the wife and son. Pa Paws is a local sauce that is really sweet and spicy.
