Ribs, for me this time. Sorta.

After cooking an obscene amount of baby backs on Thursday, and not really getting much sauce on my face, I thought I better do it again. This time with meatier ribs.

I cooked these and brought em to a buddies house that he was gutting tonight. Though his crew might be hungry. They were.

Good looking pile of bones! How well does that rack work? Do you have any major temperature differences from top to bottom?

The rack works pretty good. Made a little flimsy, but gives a rack decent support. (sorry, had to happen) if you don't overload the cooker and block airflow, then the temp difference isn't too bad. I usually flip the top and bottom row.

ribs looks great. the rack looks like the traeger triple racks i used to have.

It actually came from a green mountain dealer in the Portland area. It has four racks, but they are spaced a little close for bigger ribs.

Ribs looking good. The Blackberry sauce does add a nice color at the end!!
