Ribs Manaja Twa
Last night we did Ribs three ways and here are the players.
Ribs all dressed up, If I would of seen Chili's post before I did this I would of tried his method but yes membrane is pulled.
On my very very temper mental Traeger Deluxe BBQ 300. We had a rough day Thursday here in Illinois, extremely windy and she did not want to hold temp for the life of her! Had her set at 225 and we where constantly swinging between 212 and 240. This time next year I'll be putting her out to pasture and getting a MAK not sure which one very curious of what the 3 star is gonna be........ But, anyways here's the pic.
And here is the finished product 4 hours later. Not sure which one I liked better think I was a little to light on my rubs but they where still pretty darn good.
