Mr. Gray is the winningest pitmaster in BBQ since 2006 and his classes have produced many of the countries top competitive BBQ Chefs. I took Rod's class in 2010. Really learned a lot. I "blame" him for turning me onto pellet grills. Great class!! I learned a lot about cooking competitive BBQ and BBQ in general. I highly recommend it!!

Counting the hours until I get on the plane.... LAX first then off to Palm Springs... Quick stop through Joshua tree park and then down to some BBQ learning!!!

Folks if you ever get the chance to attend one of these class... Don't think just go! I had a wonderful time and learned a lifetime's worth about BBQ. Rod is a great instructor. He really takes the time to answer every question and most importantly sample the food!!! Big Poppa and the BPS team really went over board with the support and hospitality for this event!

Thank you again to Rod, Kristen, Jesse, Holly, Jodie, and Big Poppa for all of time, effort, and passion you put into this event. (Hope I didn't forget anyone - if I did sorry)
