The Rub is good I have used it on chicken also with good results. The sauce as it says on the bottle has a little heat at the end. No one minded. I served it to a group that has had a few of the different styles ribs I have done and it was well received. These are baby backs which we serve as appetizers and the little heat or kick from them are perfect. I will be ordering a six pack of the IPO sauce ( already order 5 lbs of the rub). I would recommend the pair to anyone to try.Consider this was made by Rod Gray. I predict Rod will have to sell this sauce in larger sizes.
