Haven't had my Yoder 640 long but want to smoke a bone-in ham for Christmas. Can anybody give me any tips? How long? What temp?

Thanks

is it already cured? if so follow the directions and just lower the cooking temps as everybody with an oven cooks too hot!

Thanks for the help. I didn't end up smoking ham for Christmas. But I still want to. I was afraid to mess it up so decided to do it another time.

I've done 4 hams on my YS640. You almost can't go wrong, I run mine at 275, ham face down in a pan with about a cup of water to IT of 155 then rest for a spell. I tend to go for the smoked but not cooked variety. If the ham is already cooked, you only need to go to 140.
