I made some venison pork beer brats this weekend to try out my rib-o-lator.
Mixed my spices with one cup of beer, added the meat and chilled overnight.

I also smoked some onions with butter, a pan of chilli and some kraut.

the ribolator worked great!

My foot long venison beer brat with caramelized onions, minced fresh onions, smoked kraut, crisp bacon and a ribbon of spicy brown mustard.

I was so excited to try my brat that I didn't get a pic of the chili cheese bacon brats my friends made. lol

They were fun to make and tasty!

Thanks for looking...

Those look awesome, but there might be some Wisconsinites screaming foul for the use of Dos Equis! ;)

Thanks everyone!
lol I hadn't thought about using the Dos Equis in the brats! I had a Coors Light with the cooked brat, that's probably just as big of a foul.. :D
BP, I smooshed the brats down a bit to keep them on the ribolator.. seemed to help!
