So far, I've cooked a tri-tip and some country style pork ribs. I'm very impressed as to how quickly it gets ready to cook, and of course, the food is AWESOME!. I wanted something that would give me a good sear on tri-tips and steaks. My MAK is now my smoker, and the Hasty Bake is my grill. A perfect combination!
