We have always done them but ...jeez now there is some interest ....Tell your customers that it isnt stock and may take up to three weeks....I had him go to my facebook and then had him go to the forum and he saw how we have been cooking on them and he gets it....."who is this Sparky guy?" hehehe

LOL, thats funny. We have even started calling them "Sparky style". Head cheese asked me what that meant, I said its all Sparky's fault. lol

The price is the same iether way. Just know that there is usually a lead time of 2-4 weeks on these. Although right now I will be adding a few to our stock, but these wont be ready for a few more weeks.

Cool Beans, Thanks Stig!!! From my experience in the past with grills with glass they just get really nasty looking and eventually can't see through them anyways. So I agree with Spark I know my food is in there if I need to look at it I'll open the lid.
