Sparky's Easter Ribs

haven't cooked ribs for myself in a couple a couple weeks or so. i was going to make some sweet ribs for the mrs. she told me to make some that would bring a smile to my face. okie dokie. i got this.

wanted to layer some flavors. so, here we go.

wicked good color. really nice.

solid color on the back.

after 3 hours time for some sauce. ya baby. time to break out some fat bastard bear bite. forest fruit hot wild blackberries. this is very good stuff.

look, real wild blackberries in the sauce.

pretty.

all done. time for a FT to let them rest.

they were great. some of the best ribs i have every done. real bbqery. great flavor. only 2 ribs and had to go for the milk.

2 thumbs up. some of the best ribs i have every cooked. loved the flavors.
