SRF Brisket rubbed with Cash Cow

Finally decided to purchase a Wagyu brisket. Agonized over whether or not to inject, but in the end I decided I wanted to taste what I paid for. So here we go:

The ingrediants: 12.4 lb brisket and BPS Cash Cow:

On smoke (about 180°F) for 1 hour:

Raised to 225°F for a couple of hours, then up to 250°F until the following color was achieved. Then to foil:

This was by far the best brisket I have done. Really good this time!

Thanks for looking!

I'm not seeing pics, either :) Sounds really good from your description, though! I will be smoking one this weekend and hopefully it will turn out as good as yours sounds!

Bummer you guys can't see the pics, because they are AWESOME!!!! (I'm using Chrome for a browser, maybe that's it?)

Nicely done, NorCal, that is mouthwatering!

I have checked on four different devices on two different browsers and the pics show in all of them. Not sure what I need to do differently.

Pics are showing up on my end (Google Chrome, on a Macbook) and they look AMAZING.

Looks like an awesome first Wagyu cook, those ribs look perfect too.

Not sure why, but I can see the pics now, and they do look great! I'm getting hungry looking at them.

Nice Job with everything!
