time to order more pellets

ok, more pellet talk (kinda like pillow talk but better). so far i love bbq delight pellets. i have tried pecan / cherry mix. liked it. peach w/ pork. loved it. WSO w/ beef good. i am thinking of ordering some hickory / cherry mix and trying oak just by itself (someone said don't mix oak w/ anything because to much oak). have you guys mixed hickory / cherry before? and do you like oak just by itself? ok, everyone say something. going to order sunday night. ty.

Maybe a hickory/apple/cherry/maple mix.. Don't ask me where I came up with that.

I've been digging the charcoal mixed with other stuff as well.

I like just oak with beef. I have purchased WSO, but haven't tried it yet. Haven't mixed cherry with hickory, but I am sur it will be good. Love cherry with chicken.

Wood is wood, smoke is smoke. I suck because I can't tell the difference from one to the other. Makes purchasing simple though.

I use oak at home almost exclusively...sometime apple

on the comp we mix pecan and cherry

Plain oak is great on everything sparky! I like hickory maple and cherry too. I need to order some more peach to try with hickory.

Candy Sue says Cherry/Hickory mix will emulate Pimento (the wood used for Jamaican Jerk cooking).

I have been on a oak kick for about a month, occasionally trying something else; oak is a a good medium smoke in my opinion. Did you put any charcoal pellets on your order to try out Sparky?

not this time marty. only had so much money. registration is due on my truck this month. will try the charcoal on the next order. BPS was out of peach when i ordered too.
