Made some Amish style hot summer sausage in cloth bags. Got em hanging in the Bradley with my Lil'Tex doing the work

Now there's an idea! A drop on vertical smoke box for the warmer drawer on the MAK2. Paging MAK Daddy....

I think I like the cloth bags/tubes best. They look old world & rustic.

I know you usually make your own, but did you pick those up in Amish country? I like 'em!
