Tri Tip and Ribs

Made some tri tip for the parents this weekend and some ribs for a couple friends...
Trimmed and seasoned..





Sorry no pics of the ribs, they were devoured coming off the memphis...only reason the tri tip survived is because I told them it had to rest...hah

Wolverines - Yep, had it smoking on the memphis until it hit 108 then onto a santa maria style grill to sear it off..
