I recently (finally!!) got some of the Big Poppa rubs, and have been trying them on everything under the sun. Been impressed with it all, but decided to do another tri-tip and use the Sweet Money rub on it.
Boy that was a great combo--nice little hint of sweetness. James said this Tri won hands down between my first and second tries.
Plated up with some baby red garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus with balsamic vinegar glaze. Yum!

Excited to try the Jallelujah jalapeno rub on some popcorn this week too.
