Vidalia-Peach Spareribs


All the talk about "fall-off-the-bone" ribs the past few days made me want to post some pics of this rib recipe I came up with earlier this year.

It may seem like an unlikely flavor combo, but the peaches & onions balance each other out so neither flavor overwhelms. I've cooked these for several events now and there's usually little or none left!

Here's the final product.
After cooking, the Peaches & Onions are coursely puréed & mixed with homemade BBQ sauce for glazing.
