For me it is my rolling cart. I use it prepping meat and transferring to and from the grill. I am adding new wheels soon so the level will be the same as the MAK Grill.
Absolutely Jim, I would be hard pressed to cook without my cart on wheels. I try to do as much prepping and cooking outside were the clean up is much faster and easy.
The secret to the cart is the top. It is a prep table. They come in all sizes. Hard to see but there is a 5 foot one next to the other MAK. I could have put wheels on the prep table but I had the cart already and the top just sits fine on top of it.
